I agree, but I think she probably lives with her cousin right now.

Also, back a year ago, I said I was a brony, and... I only ever watched one episode, and I watched the cutie mark crusaders song. Over. And. Over. And maybe the cutie mark chronicles. The other episode I watched was the return of harmony, part 1.

I was a big CMC fan, even though I knew pretty much nothing about them. I wrote a story about them getting their cutie marks. And, well, to put it gently... Its terrible. If you really want to read it, PM me, but basically, heres what I thought their cutie marks were:

Sweetie belle: Singing, which is the only one I still believe today. The only reason I even got that was because in the comment section of the video, someone said "Ever notice that the singing gets better whenever Sweetie belles onstage?" But she's apparently fluttershy to, because, quote the story: " Birdies, Heal for me. You can do it, Trust me. It's safe to Come Out and fly! Birdies, Heal for me!"
I have no idea what I was thinking.What's that supposed to even mean? Her cutie mark was musical notes. It goes downhill from here.

Scootalo: I have no idea where I ever got this one from. Painting. She paints pictures of Rainbow-dash. Her cutie mark was reasonable, A palette with rainbow-dashes colors on them. Since rainbow dash is, well, RAINBOW dash, it probably wouldn't look any different from a normal palette. And its not like she even wanted to do the set. Maybe I thought she did?

Apple bloom: This is the worst of the worst. Dancing. I can see where I got it from, because she did dancing in the song. But the cutie mark is the worst part of it all. A disco apple. And the story behind it is crazy.

Long story short: I knew basically nothing about the cutie mark crusaders. Currently, I think scootaloos will be something to do with her scooter, Sweetie belle singing, and Apple bloom decorating. Apple blooms I'm not so sure on.

Well..
First, is that she does have a parent, but he is a royal guard, so she never gets to see him. <3
Second is that she has a disability which makes her unable to fly. Lauren Faust actually said that was supposed to be true.

Ffffff, that made me want to cry! But now it is my official head canon and I can really see Scootaloo as an army breat X3 Though I still see Pegasus society as a place where they raise children together. But honestly I feel they should have th full range of family types expressed on MLP. It helps those with less conveniential homes relate. Like Applejack and being raised by grandma.
