My opinions. ^.^
Fact or fiction fill out:
Are they lying about their Hamburger being 260 calories?: Not entirely sure.
McDonald's thinks they are healthy?: No, of course they're not. If you're paying 1.50 for a salad, then that salad is definitely NOT the highest quality salad around. Here are their ingredients list: Click. At first it doesn't look so bad, right? Then you get down to see the different ingredients in the ingredients. There's some stuff in there that isn't very appetizing.
I think McDonald's is healthy?: See above ^^
McDonald's doesn't treat their animals right?: Chickens and cows packed with weird growth steroids? Cows eating corn and grain? Super chickens packed tightly together in a pen? Yeah, that's not exactly healthy.
If i could I'd eat there everyday?: If I ate there every day I would be very obese and unhealthy. So no thanks.
They should be much more healthy?: Yes, but they don't want to do that. They want money, and higher quality ingredients would cost them money.
Extra (Optional) : Try to avoid eating there if you are able to, in my opinion. I hadn't eaten there for almost year, but then a month ago I ate their food, and after my stomach was churning trying to process what glop I ate just eaten. I then proceeded to have a stomach ache until I digested. Also, after watching a documentary called Food Inc. I just don't want to eat at any fast food chain restaurant much anymore, except on occasion.
