High school for Werewolves and humans (new and accepting)

Chelsea ran out into the parking lot toward her car and the suspicious figure who was about to elbow her car window in. "Hey! Stop it!" The person was about to make a dash for it when she skidded to a halt by them and punched them in the jaw. The guy fell and rubbed his jaw, moving back. "Don't you dare touch my car." Chelsea's eyes were blazing and she gave the guy a kick before he ran off. Chelsea looked at her fist, skinned a little from the impact, and unlocked her car, getting out the first aid kit and wrapping it up.

Jude looked at the teacher, not really listening. He tapped his pencil impatiently

I listened to the full conversation and thought deeply on the word friend. Why not? The only reason I didn't like friends was when they didn't know what I was and I'd have to keep it a secret. But he knew what I was. I nodded slightly, still thinking. "We'll see..." I muttered, then turned my attention to the teacher. My thoughts were completely distracted though. My thoughts were leaned towards joining him at lunch, but I didn't know why I was still suspicious. It could be the fact that this was my first year at a school that knew what I was, and that I still felt like there was a secret to keep. I shrugged it off and made up my mind.

John: so how was your classes -talked to chey-

Chelsea put her stuff away into her car and locked it, sighing and then returning to the school. She walked through the halls, wrapped up hand in her pocket. Chelsea reentered the classroom and sat back down, the teacher giving her a weird look. She narrowed her eyes and then shrugged, returning to her slacker-like slouch and tapped her pencil on the desk.

I nodded to the lunch lady and cashier as I took hold of my food tray and headed out into the cafeteria. My gaze glided around the room as I looked for where... where... Ah... John! That's it! Where John was. I didn't see him seated yet and shrugged, figuring he could find me. I sat down at a vaccant table (like always) and began to eat my food.
