So this is my newest character; Oberyx. Designed by .just.peachy.

Anyways he does have one power:

Oberyx is Hyperkinetic, this results from his mind's imaging system + muscle control being perfectly in sync with the motor skills center of his brain. Hyperkinetics possess flawless aim, perfect balance, and unrivaled motor skills. Oberyx's mind works faster, which allows him to visually predict outcomes to physical actions, like the angle, force, and probably energy required to land safely after vaulting over a wall. This means that Oberyx has unmatched reflexes and precision, but the downside of a brain-controlled ability is when he doubts himself, or becomes too stressed, his abilities become much worse than average. Strong emotions can also have effects on his abilities.

I'm also probably going to design a Dialga character, I recently watched a few Pokemon movies, and played through Diamond again, so I feel the need to have a character inspired by my favorite Pokemon ^^
