I... L O V E Y O U? (1x1 Adonis x Medve. Adve)

By the time she'd emerged, Adonis had pulled his shirt back on, but not much else. He sat there with his lips moving slightly as he read the note, getting more confused with each line. He honestly had no clue who the box was from, he tried to imagine it... was it the girl he had talked to at the coffee shop before he met Medve? No, she wasn't a brown jewel... was she? He thought she had a boyfriend! It obviously wasn't Medve, since she had a black jewel like him and wouldn't have signed it 'anonymous'. When he heard her speak to him his head snapped up and he -- a little hastily -- folded the note and sat it inside of the little box, pulling his backpack onto his back and standing, blushing slightly. He didn't want any drama. He was happy, and besides, if the girl who sent him the box was really important to him, he would have recognized who wrote the note, or who he knew that had a brown jewel. "Ready," He replied with a small nod, barely noticing that he still had the crystalline, heart-shaped box in his paws still.

Medve glanced at the box in his paws, looking back up at him, but said nothing. She just thought it was something someone might have dropped, or he found it but was someone else's. Medve put her bag across her shoulder as she began to walk out of the water park, taking one last glance at it before she opened the doors, the sunlight hitting her eyes. Medve squinted, sighing a bit at the bright light as she looked behind herself to see Adonis, and then continued to walk.

A little relieved that she hadn't said anything about it -- especially to tease him, what was he doing carrying around something so sparkly and girly?!? -- but feeling almost as though he had to explain it to her, he did his best to keep up with her without dropping the delicate-looking box. He still wanted to figure out who had sent it to him, it was almost like... unfinished business. Or at least to see if it was who he thought it was, thank her for the kind compliments, and congratulate her on her new relationship, as well as inform her about his. In fact, if it was who he thought it was, this whole thing would only take a minute or two, and they'd both be happier for it. He opened his mouth as though to speak when he caught up with Medve, then gently shook his head and tucked the box into his bag.

Medve looked over at Adonis as he caught up with her, thinking of what they should do now. She looked through her bag to see her watch, putting it on as she looked at the time. Five forty seven. "Well, it's five forty seven," she said to Adonis, "What should we do now?" she asked, looking at the ground.

Adonis was about to speak when his stomach rumbled rather loudly and he grinned with just the slightest tad of embarrassment in his expression. "I could go for some food," He suggested with a soft laugh. Of course, he hadn't really eaten since breakfast -- he'd nibbled at the movie theater, but he was too drawn in by the storyline to pay too much attention to the storyline. "How about I take us out to eat at a nice, fancy restaurant?" He suggested, "Somewhere romantic, maybe?"

Medve shrugged, "Sure," she said with a slight smile. "After that, can we just go and check if Skippy's home? I'm a little worried about the good nut." She looked up at him, hoping he'd understan since Adonis did know him well too as Medve did. "Then grab some extra clothes, unless you want me to stay at my house tonight," she added.

"Well, we can go to your house first and check on him, if you want," Adonis offered, smiling slightly. "Then you can wear something more fancy to the restaurant if you want. Or we can at least check up on Skippy -- maybe he'll want to come and we can just go somewhere and hang out while we eat. It's been a while since I saw him!" He paused, smiling, then shook his head, "And you know you can stay at my house any time you want. I'm not gonna send you home or something." He laughed.

"Alright, we'll check on Skippy," she said as she seen her house in sight. After about five minutes of walking, she was already up to the house, unlocking the door and walking in. She looked around, not hearing a sound of Skippy. She shook her head, looking over at Adonis. "Not here. Probably still at the fair," she said with a small sigh. "I'll go get something 'fancy' on, whatever you call it," she laughed, running up the stairs. She got on a nice purple dress, putting on a necklace, and bracelet, putting in her ear rings gently. She put on some lip gloss, and then some purple heels. She came down stairs, looking over the balcony at Adonis.

Adonis, just to surprise her, had flown swiftly home and back, dressing himself as he waited for her to get ready. When she came out, he was waiting below the balcony in a rather formal tuxedo he saved for special occasions and a blue tie with ripples on it that reminded him of the ocean -- as well as bringing out the blue in his eyes. He stared up at her in awe and grinned crookedly as he teased, "Well don't you clean up nice," a little nervously toying with the cufflinks on his jacket so they were straight and folded up just the slightest bit. Not that he was actually surprised that she looked good in a dress, it was just so rarely that he actually saw her dressed up like that. "Are you my fair Juliet for the night?" He added playfully, waving to her up there from down below, fluttering his wings just enough to keep him off of the ground so his black dress shoes wouldn't get dusty.

Medve snickered as he said it, "I guess I am," she said, looking at her dress. She thought that she looked stupid in a dress, since she was always wearing something tomboyish. "You look good in a tux," she said with a smile as she walked down the stairs where Adonis was waiting for her. "Ready to go?" she asked, grabbing his paw softly.
