Naomi smiled ruefully. "That's okay, I'm not one for social interactions either. As you can see-" She gestured down to her legs and their very obvious lack of a tail, "-I'm not exactly the most popular girl around. You've probably heard my name associated with the Princess. Rowan is a very close friend of mine." She added in explanation. She wasn't exactly surprised that he recognized the name, though it did surprise-and please-her to hear he didn't associate her with the Princess right off the bat. It was refreshing.

"I think it's kinda cool, I mean yeah, you have to rely on someone else to help you swim at faster speeds, but it hurts a whole heck of a lot less to have legs then trying to change into them. Believe me, it's not like eating a piece of cake. I would like it if I had the ability to have legs without all the pain, I would like to explore up there..." I pointed up, to where the sun came through the shimmering water. "It's intriguing, I'm really quite the curious type..."

Oh, now you're nice. She teased at him. Looking around, she saw how clear the water was. And from up above, a clear sky. If she could have, she would have smiled. Still want to hunt? She asked him.

Yes I suppose I would like to hunt still. I need to work out some of my pent up frustration or I'll end up having a black out again." he said referrring to the instinctual mood he had been in previously. He flicked his tail and cut through the water before eyeing a few seals that were swimming above them. It was always fun to chase them and they tasted better than most fish as well..fish was great for protein but seal had high fat content. If he caught one he could also take it back to the castle to have it cooked properly.

Have it your way. She replied as she followed him, but still keeping her distance. All she had eaten was finally catching up to her. Giggling internally, she watched him speed almost effortlessly in the water. And she couldn't help but to watch him, eyeing him up and seeing him in action. She kind of zoned out on him. A few moments of hopeless gawking, she finally snapped out of it and looked away bashfully. What was she doing?

Cadyn hummed happily and waited below for a seal to swim over top of him before he exploded upwards in a surge of momentum and hit the furry body like a freight train. He latched his claws into it's thick hide and pushed them deep into the fur and flesh to make sure he had a good hold on it. He wrestled with it under the water as he manuevered his body above it do that he could deliver the killing blow with his teeth. No need for the animal to suffer but he also wanted to do his best to preserve the pelt so that he might sell it to a trader who could use it.
