Probably for.more wealth for their faction, and maybe. food.

Hello!
Title: Helen of Troy.
Author: Margaret George
Other books in series: Just this one book but it is very catchy XD
Genre of the book : Romance and action.
Anything I should know first?: : The book has some adult themed scenes but is generally clean and not really that descriptive when it comes to it.
Summary: Well I am sure you have heard of the Legend of Troy with Paris and fall of the Troy and this is generally what this book is about. The story covers it on a back look on her life told by Helen herself and the actions that happened from when she was a young girl, married Menealus but then met Paris and how they fled to Troy and how it fell due to the prophecies and mis- trust of certain people that caused the great city to fall.
It also includes such people as Achilles, Atena, Zeus, Aggamemnon and all the legendary characters that were very influential in Grecian times. If you are looking for a romance, action and tragedy dun dun dun here we go XD

Oh, god! Finished Saving the World - and Other Extreme Sport, not halfway into the series and I'm loving it! I've heard someone say that and Fang is the best, and Final Warning the worst. Tell me what you guys think?

Oh, and Helen of Troy - my type of book. I love all things greek c:

Final Warning was okay in my standards. I stopped because Angel wasn't out yet but as soon as I started that book I couldn't read it anymore. But they are great books until you get up to Final Warning. I forgot what happened in that book though.

Thanks for the suggestion! I'll add it right now ^^

I didn't like Final Warning much at all, or most of the books that followed it. I just feel like he veered from the original plot after Final Warning, so I quit reading the series after Angel. Now I'm reading Eldest, and I like it so far. Those Dwarf names (and really all of the names) are so difficult pronounce! The Dwarf language is so confusing, and I wish there were more translations in the book. I'm also very excited, since my mom went out today and bought Light, the last book in the Gone series. It's really great so far, but I don't want to finish such an amazing series.

Yeah, I guessed so. Read some reviews of it - they didn't like it.

Eldest, huh? I guess Brisingr is my favorite - or Inheritance.
Really? The names and words in the books is easy. But I think it has something to do with my native language.

I really want to read the Gone series. Is it really good? How many books are there? And yeah, it's sad to end a series when you've grown attached to it : )

I have to agree with Gone with the Wind, the names in the Inheritence books are rather confusing and difficult to pronounce. I either had trouble with the elf or dwarf names and their ranking or purpose. Sure, looking in the back helped with pronunciation but it was still difficult. Eldest was not my favorite, that one had to be the dullest of the series. I can't decide which I like better though, Brisinger or Inheritence. Both extremely detailed and very amazing to read.

I have the whole Inheritance series, and have read Eragon, but had then stopped reading the series. Then, a couple months ago I read Eragon again, and then started Eldest, but I stopped again around 370 pages out of boredom. I wish I could read the series through. Do the third and fourth book get as good as Eragon?

I'm on a semi-hiatus, but would be willing to come back
full time for a good RPG.
I'll look at anything, but I prefer
animals, and I won't do Hunger Games/Divergent, anything
supernatural, or anything where the main point is romance.
I've done Warrior cats and Camp Half-Blood RPGs quite a
few times, including hosting my own on another site, but I
would prefer not to do either of those RPGs again. I might
instead be interested in a Hogwarts RPG, or maybe something
based in WW1 or WW2. I'm probably semi-literate, but please,
nothing below that. (And I like RPing male characters, if
you're in need of any.)

So, have an RPG suggestion? Or maybe a trade? Or just
wanna message me? Please, don't hesitate! (;

Don't worry, I stopped after a few pages of Brisinger and didn't start it again until like a year later. Just keep reading them, the third and final books in my opinion are way better than the first :)

^ Agree. Damn, I want to read Brisingr again now. Or the whole series.
I haven't read something in a while now, (busy with a game C:) might actually re-read something short.
