In fact, she is quite known for her humor; her bravado is also largely known as she has near zero fears, the only ones of course being the predators that are native to her home. Charisma is something that has always been apart of her personality as she is quite the schmoozer, enjoying the company of others and the ability to talk and get to know other Kilids and animals alike. Nothing will stop her from enjoying the talkative ways of her natural manners. Ah, manners, the one thing she sometimes lacks. Usually she is pretty good about keeping her manners at the forethought of her mind however there are times where she completely forgets about it and acts like she wasn't raised properly. Her friendliness is almost always great but she does have her moments of coldness, the times where the negative words and thoughts consume her and she snaps at everyone or thing. Now, she does have her quirks such as her insatiable quest for knowledge that can get in the way of all other pursuits and activities of hers. Another noteworthy quirk would be her crazy active lifestyle seeing as she is almost always on the move and hardly ever staying still long, sleeping and eating the exception of course. And her adventurousness is also a quirk as she really loves being able to go out and explore the world she lives in.

Having a few close friends, Hoku is more of a "You can trust me, but I cant trust you" kind of mare. She is very loyal and about the most helpful and hard working mare you will find.
