i've been on since the end of last year but missed the new years pets and easter pets because i was camping, my best memory was when i adopted a verry rare from the 2008 easter collection at christmas just a few weeks after joining and couldn't believe my eyes.

Congrats everyone on the CS staff!! The site has been so successful and all of us really couldn't have had the same experience any other way. So really, the thanks is all yours!!
My favourite memory would have been my first event after joining. Halloween!! I didn't know CS would host such an amazing event and I was really excited. To think that I could peruse the site and get all these awesome new pets as well!
My only regret is not having joined sooner. I watched friends play it for MONTHS before i finally joined. And to realise just how valuable age is here, it's a real shame

ANYWAY, an interesting thing happened to me just a few days ago. For members who have been with CS for a while, the site starts becoming a fast-paced, mad rush to collect. You know what I mean? And, although it's fun, I recently realised that I had missed everything the site was really about.
SO, the other day, I took just 20 minutes to go through my pets and admire the art that went into them. For some of the older pets, I was reminded of how I came to get them, and I really appreciated it. With my (still) massive wishlist, I just constantly wanted more pets. But, after looking through them, I was really happy with my collection!

Hardly anyone will read this.

But I urge those that do: Take 10 minutes just to go through your pets. Not all of them. But look at the art that went into them; especially some of the older normal monthly pets you may have forgotten. Look at some of your really old trades. I did this, and it really humbled me, so I hope it humbles you!

How long have you been a member of CS?

I have been a member since June 25, 2010! Wait, has it really been that long? Holy cow monkeys! I didn't really think about how long that is. I try to be on CS every day if possible, and when I am it's usually for hours at a time. It would be interesting to see just how much time I've spent on here. Haha.

What are your best memories from when you were new to the site?

Uh...considering that I joined almost three years ago, I can't really remember anything about when I was new to the site. xD I do have some wonderful memories though, such as the time I got paid a whole bunch of valuable pets and items for a 5 minute photograph touch up. I've also made numerous friends and acquaintances here, done more art trades and art for pets than I care to guess, opened and closed more art shops than I'd want to count, collected hundreds of pets, and started and finished various hoards. I've chatted through PMs, traded away pets, given pets away, drawn in the Oekaki, browsed most of the forum boards and popular threads and the Archive, bought items and pets from the Store, adopted the maximum number of pets every month since I joined, freaked out when I missed outcomes, frantically searched for missed outcomes, adopted from the Pound, changed my signature and avatar who knows how many times, laughed at funny jokes and pictures, cried when I read something sad, and rage faced when I saw something that made me angry. Chickensmoothie is the first website I check when I get online and one of the last I check when I get off. It's become a huge staple in my life and, in my opinion, is a paradise away from reality.

My greatest joys came when I got hold of a few of my lesser dream pets. That would be these guys...

What are your worst memories or regrets?

I've had my share of run-ins with rude people on CS but not any that are memorable enough to mention. Other than that, I have no truly terrible memories or regrets. :3 Maybe that's why I love CS so much!

I have had so many great memories from this site, one of my best being when Sme actually searched to find my dreamie, the Red Cerberus, paying their own pets for it, then gifted it to me. And when Kyle traded me my Nonballoon for just a Blue Android Dog, a July Lioness, and a few other pets. And when I got my UR Apple for just a few pets. People are just so kind here. -hugs everyone-
My biggest regret... I have two, and they both happened on the same day, but on different years. December 18. I missed the 18th in 2011 because I just plain forgot. -facepalm- I missed to 18th in 2012 because I had just moved to the house I now live in, and we had no wi-fi. The wi-fi was up and running literally 20 minutes after the 18th was through.
The people here are so great, except the occasional hater or bully, and Im so glad to be here. On the 26th I will have been a member for a whole two years. And there's no end in sight of when I will stop playing CS. I don't know if I ever will. Chickens Smoothie is my passion, and my life.

Happy B-Day CS! I've been on for around five months now and have so many good, and bad memories.

One of my best memories was meeting all the people who helped me when I first joined like PaintLily and Fat Unicorn. There are so many other great people I've met I simple cant list them all <3

One of my worst regrets was bothering so many people making offers on their main list not knowing what the list was yet >.<

I've been a member of CS for... four years now? I originally discovered CS in June or July of 2008, though.

I have three big regrets about CS:

- Not joining when I first found it
- Not keeping up with adopting once I had joined
- Trading away my Joker dog before I realised it's true value

But, because I joined CS, I've made so many friends from around the world, which is an experience not everybody can say they've had. Also, I've been able to share my art with the world, which can be so difficult these days, but with CS's gallery and Oekaki system I've been able to have my art discovered and even featured here. I've gotten one of my three dream pets, which is the BMD, because I finally got lucky on December 18th of 2012. I couldn't be any more thankful to Tess, Nick, and the rest of the CS staff and users for this. Without all of you, and this really goes without saying, CS just wouldn't be the same (and wouldn't have been created, but that's beside the point). Most people find it weird when I tell them that an adoptables site has changed my life, you know? Yeah... I'm just gonna stop before I sound a bit too crazy...

Well, xD I've been a member on here for almost two years now. I joined on June 8th of 2011 c: And I enjoyed watching CS grow throughout that small time-length. New species, old species that will be loved throughout CS's history..yeah. XD


What are your best memories from when you were new to the site? What are your worst memories or regrets?

My best memories? My best memories are when I made my friends I have now on CS. Half of them I met through roleplaying. They helped me improve my RP skills, they helped me know my pets' rarities-though I slack on trading most of the time-, and I just...I love them so much for even being nice to me. :'3
My worst memories...hm...I don't really think I've had a worst memor- wait. My worst memories was when Malk quit, and CS took down the Owls. I collected all of them, and I am happy that I have all of them finally; and ..well, I think that is it for worst memories. ^^

Aw yes. I almost forgot to add one more quick thanks to CS. Without CS I would have never started drawing the way I do now so thank you a lot. I mean I've been with you guys for only a few months after you became a site. It's great ^^
