Iridescence
~~~~~
The black hound sat outside the castle, raven calls echoing through the empty and dark skies. His head turned left and right, his large ears moving even more so. Although he was unranked, maybe even considered a simple 'lone demon', Iridescence felt the need to protect the privacy of the castle. Even if the task was plainly impossible. He wasn't sure of how he had managed to sneak his way into the army, but it happened. And he was sure that he would soon prove himself to Halloween. A faint burst of laughter interrupted his thoughts, his ears and muzzle alike and pointing towards the source of the noise. Before he could figure of who or what it was he heard the noise of flapping wings, the noise hardly audible but not muted completely.
Iri's curiosity burned at him like daylight, but he refused to run after it. His common sense telling him it was demonic. Either that or his laziness was kicking in. Slowly he stood up, letting loose a howl that sounded more like a demonic hyena's screams of both pain and pleasure. Once his bawling was finished, he ran off towards the castle, planning on speaking with either Halloween or Coma. He needed things, and he wanted them soon.
