Codak padded up silently, covered by the dark."I-I'm sorry....."He whispered, his voice sounding quiet and rough.

Yara nodded, silently thanking Ink. He reared up, shrieking loudly. He stomped his front paws down, denting the earth below. He padded on a few steps and stood there. His chest puffed out, his wrap slipping ever so slightly, causing him the worst pain imaginable.

(( Oh... Sorry. ))

Yara looked back at Codak, frowning. "Sorry for what?"

"I could have stopped Hakuri's death.........."

[Solanum]

Yara shook his head. "I don't want to talk about that right now..." He looked away from Codak, shaking away the tears.

The Leader snarled. "I have said it once, I will say it again. I am no fool. Even weakened, you have much fore power than me. You just made that clear." he said, looking at the dent.

Aceso, Aether, and Atlas stumbled up to Hakuri's pups yapping and play bowing jumping around "Play with us!" they yipped happily. They too had watched their parents die infront of their eyes but were trying put it behind them and they didn't really understand much anyway because they were too young.

(Doggeh how old are they? Because they could be raised by a older dog as siblings and they could grow up thinking they were related or something.)

Ink looked from Yara to the Leader, then down at the ground. He carefully scratched something in to the ground like Yara had done, and it said 'fight me instead.' He was still only young, but he meant it, he would fight until the end if he had to. He knew that the Leader would probably refuse to fight a pup, but he wasn't a normal pup. Just like his father was...

The pups whined and shot out of the den, frightened of the bigger puppies...

Yara scowled at the Leader. "I'm just...er... fat?" He sighed, snarling and padding forwards. "Where is your honor, coward. Who cares if I posess more power, fight on behalf of your pack, earn the respect you've got. What little that is..." Yara was only metres from the Leader, but his thoughts strayed beyond them. The Leader might possibly accept his challenge, but he wouldn't fight fairly. At the first sign of trouble, the pack would join in. He had no self respect, no honour.
