"If they can't- it's their fault," the man said with a hum as he set the dishes aside. "... Mind you- we got to keep it down. Bugsby will be upset if we don't," he said staring at the hand which was sitting on the counter scrubbing a plate clean.

Evelyn caught the apple and smiled. "Sure thing.... Considering I can't drive, yet."

Zane was highly amused by Akira's flittering behavior and eagerness to see the world. Though he did regret giving something so valuable to someone he'd known for such a short time...he simply hoped he wouldn't screw up what they had. "...Akira, what do you want to eat?" He asked suddenly, remembering he should probably have some sort of specification.

Cyrus kissed Evelyn's cheek, "I can teach you to drive if you like? Or we can go on the motorcycle."

Beatrice smiled and turned off the water as she stacked the last dirty plate on the side. "Just a few more minutes to ourselves?"

Akira turned around with wide eyes, and hugged Zane tightly, "Anything! What's your favorite food to eat?" She stared as a red double decker bus went past. "What's that?!"

Zane grinned. "I honestly like pizza...but that's hardly fancy enough. I'll find an Olive Garden or something..." He mused. "And, that's a bus."

"An Olive Garden?" Akira asked as she stared in fascination at the bus. "Oh my god what does a pizza look like?" She hugged Zane tightly and held his hands tightly.

Evelyn chuckled. "No. I'm fine... My... My step mom promised me that she would teach me."
It took a moment for what Evelyn said to hit her fully... And when she realized that it did- she couldn't help but feel bad... "Hey. Cyrus?... Could you meet my parents?... Like... Actually meet them?... Soon?"

Pestilence smiled and slipped his hands around the woman's waist. "Yeeaaah. Totally."

Zane grinned. "I...can't really describe it...You don't know what a circle or cheese or even white looks like." He mumbled. "...How about I show you?" He offered softly.

"What's white?" Akira asked, tilting her head to the side. "Yes, show me?"

"As myself, or as the gas man?" Cyrus asked playfully as he pulled Evelyn into a gentle hug. He nodded, "I'll meet your parents. You've kinda had the displeasure of meeting mine..."

Beatrice snuggled close to Pestilence and put her arms around his shoulders. "I'm glad."

Zane nodded. "...Umm....Ah. See my shirt, see what color it is? That's called black." He chimed, pointing to his black undershirt.
