• Once a payment is accepted and the order is in progress, it cannot be canceled.

Notes About Commissions

• Characters are drawn on Transparent backgrounds. Solid Color backgrounds are free upon request.
• Depending on the number of art requests and real world situations, commissions may take a long time to get to. Please be patient. I will have a list here for you to keep track of where you are on the wait list.
• Completed commissions will be shown in the shop as examples.
• Fullbody canvas size is around 1280x720. Extended canvas is around 1920x1080. Final images will cropped to your character.
• Headshots and Chibis done on a smaller canvas.
• Please read the FAQ below before you ask any questions. Thank you!

Fruit, Nick Pets, Bunnies, Spiders, Squids, and Rats only accepted if on wishlist. Non wishlist ponies and horses must be pps. For complex designs, price may rise. Increase varies upon design. Order MUST contain at least 1 wishlist pet if paying with pets

This is a collection of a specific set of pets that aren't on my wishlist that I'd like to collect.

These pets will be accepted as payment despite not being on my wishlist!

You can offer these pets as well as things from my wishlist in your payment.
Every 50 commons or lower counts as half a pet point
Every 25 uncommons count as half a pet point
Every 10 rares count as half a pet point

Wishlist pets are preferred, but felines and canines from 2010 or older that are not on my wishlist are also accepted.

Note: Unique frames are frames that require actually drawing and coloring, and these are what you're paying for. Total frames include any copied/flipped frames that help make the animation smoother and are not included when pricing animations.

Characters with complicated patterns will cost extra. Edits to lineart cost extra.
Full character re-draws will vary upon difficulty of character. Re-draw Payments must include a list pet worth at least 5 MA and increase with difficulty.

F.A.Q.

Q.) What can you draw?
A.) I can draw animals and people as long as you can provide a reference of what you want. I'll try pretty much anything! Animals can be real or mythical, and people can be human, fantasy, or hybrids. If I for some reason cannot complete your request, don't worry, I will fully refund your payment.

Q.) How big will the drawing be if I don't buy an extended canvas?
A.) For a regular character drawing, the image will be somewhere around 1280 by 720 pixels and cropped to eliminate dead space. Longer images will not be as wide, wider images will not be as long. Drawings with backgrounds will not be cropped.

Q.) Why can't I get a refund if I don't like the finished piece?
A.) Though I deeply apologize if the completed piece just isn't what you hoped for, I do not offer refunds because I usually cannot re-sell your custom character to another person and I cannot regain the time spent creating the piece. This is also to avoid swindlers who try to get free art. Note that I can make minor edits to add any missed details or fix particular things in the image that displease you one time, but I cannot re-draw the entire thing without new payment.

Q.) You do limited time offers??
A.) Yes, I will offer discounts on occasion and once the limited time offer is over, my prices will go up. Also watch the 'pet spotlight' as that may change randomly. If you include the pets noted in pet spotlight, sometimes there will be a note about a small bonus, such as counting the spotlit uncommon as a rare for payment, or getting your piece bumped to the top of the waitlist!

Q.) Do you accept pets that are not on your wishlist?
A.) Yes, as long as they have trade value, so they MUST be rares or higher. Wishlist pets are preferred, but for now, a rare on my wishlist has the same value as a rare not on my wishlist. Note: Due to the difficulty in trading off rats, nick pets, bunnies, ponies, and non animals, they will not be accepted unless they are on my wishlist. Rare ponies, if offered, must be pps, or your payment will be denied.

Q.) I paid with a pet that I want back/didn't realize was a list pet. Can you give it back to me in exchange for a different pet?
A.) Sorry, but all accepted payments are final. It is your responsibility to know the value of the pet you offer. It would become far too hectic if people were swapping pets they used for payment after the trade was already accepted. If the pet you paid with is in my trade groups, then by all means, offer a fair trade for it, but if the pet is in a locked group, I will be keeping it.

Q.) Do you accept C$ for animations?
A.) Yes, but it's cheaper to just pay with pets.

Q.) How long will it take to get my art?
A.) That depends on how many people are requesting and what you ordered. If the list is long, expect a wait, and if you ordered something complicated or more than one piece, it will take me longer to complete it. Events outside of the internet may delay me as well. If you are at the top of the list, usually I can complete the piece within a week, two if it's very complicated. Sometimes I can complete the piece in just a couple of days! Alternatively, sometimes pieces could be delayed by more than a month if life is interfering. Note: This time estimate does not apply to animations.

Once your trade (IE Payment) has been accepted that means I'm working on your piece.

Q.) Why do you accept payment when you start the commission instead of when you finish it?
A.) This is for efficiency and to reduce the chance of being scammed. By accepting payment first, I know I won't be wasting my time drawing something that a person later decides he or she doesn't want anymore, thus cancels the trade. It also ensures that the person won't cancel the trade once they've received their art. Lastly, when I know you're waiting for my art and have already paid, it motivates me to finish it more quickly for you!

Q.) Can I use this art for a contest/sell it?
A.) No, work you buy here CANNOT be used for profit. It is for personal use only. Art for character adoption, so long as you don't earn any profit (meaning no prize money, no prize CS pets, and with zero intention of selling the adopted pet) then I will allow art requests and treat them as if you were requesting art for a friend's character.

Q.) Why do you charge so much?
A.) The art world is an expensive place. Artists in real life charge hundreds of dollars for their work, and the professionals charge thousands. Keep in mind, you're not just paying for the drawing, but the time and effort it takes to complete that drawing. Why are animations so expensive? 15 unique frames is 15 drawings! I draw my animations frame by frame and they can take a long time to complete.

Q.) Hey! I scrolled through your thread and another person didn't have to pay as much as your prices say!/Your prices are lower than what I paid last month!
A.) Prices may change due to demand. Please refer to my original post for the current rates and disregard outdated replies.

Q.) Someone posted after my order request, but they are higher on the waitlist than me. What gives???
A.) The waitlist is in order of payments received. If you want to ensure your place on the waitlist, make sure you send payment as soon as possible! Otherwise someone might post after you and sneak ahead of you.

Q.) Do you take requests/IOUs/Art trades?
A.) No, unfortunately I just do not have the time for requests and do not trust IOUs. As for art trades, I am currently not accepting offers to me, though I might offer art trades to others. It is unlikely though.

Q.) What is store credit and how do I get it?
A.) Store Credit is something I either give away or that was pre-paid for.
For give-aways, you get store credit by chance, such as when I gave away free sketches for halloween (lolo) or discounts to friendly users. You cannot request this type of credit and it may expire. Expiration dates will be listed beside the credit.
Pre-paid credit is when you pay with pets that cover the cost of more than one order, but haven't decided on an additional piece. Note: Store credit is non-refundable but can be gifted to another user.

Q.) What program do you use?
A.) Lately Krita is my main program for everything. A free digital art program you can download from the internet. Safe and great for those financially struggling who want to try their hand at digital art.
