The first pet (pink sorb) needs to have an item under it so it can be flipped.
Also, I'm pretty sure it doesn't say this anywhere but I did ask Bakura about this a while ago, if you have a bunch of a pet that all look exactly the same, for the purpose of keeping forms shorter you can just say how many of them there are, and just post one of them. The pet can then just be copy and pasted since they are all the same.
