Char glared back at Cally and turned away. Fire came easy for her. It was like it was at her fingertips, and she could sumpon at will. Sometimes it didn't even knock her out, but when a little to much came she collapesed like a rag doll. Oh well. Next was to put her stuff in the duat.

Carter nodded to Sadie and wondered over to help Cally. After all, he followed Horus too. Had even had him in his head. Gods was he annoying. He was sorta glad he was gone, and half wished he was still Horus host. He pushed the thought away. NO. He told himself firmly.

Cally closed her eyes and concentrated. An avatar flickered around her, then was gone. She silently cursed and tried again.

[HermioneGranger]

"Um.." Carter started. It was still hard to teach and they had been doing it for nearly a year. "Try thinking about it soly. Nothing else matters around you." He suggested to her. He hoped it helped.

[radio.active.]

Cally nodded. She flicked every other thought out of her head. For a moment, an avatar was flickering. When she opened her eyes, she was encased in a glowing hawk warrior.

Carter grinned. He remeber the first time he did it. Then he face fell. That's when he was dueling Sadie, when they found out Iskander died, and when they started running for their lives, saving to world. "Hopefully now Charlotte can't annoy you anymore!"

[radio.active.]

"Unless she wants to get squished." Cally smiled. It was an okay avatar, but was still unstable. It took all of her power just to keep the avatar around her.

Char glanced over at Cally. At least she got the avatar. She didn't know how, but it was weak. It didn't look weak but she knew it was. She got the glint in her eyes with any prank or evil plans. Then she shock it out. No, she could get hurt.

Carter smiled at Cally. "You might want to work on something else. The avatar is power draining." He suggested to her. He had seen the glint in Char's eyes, that she managed to shake out. Never once in the little time he had know her had he known her to back out of her plans. He made a mental note to talk to her with Sadie later.

Cally nodded. The avatar flicked out and she wiped the sweat off of her forehead.

"Okay Guys. I think were done for the day!" He called out to the initiates. He looked at Char like see me later. He didn't know if she got it.

Char saw the look Carter gave her. See him later. Why though. She pondered this as she walked out of the room.
