|| Characters

• You may have as many or as little characters as you desire, but try to keep genders and species open. { Example; don't join with all mares that are pegasi, try to even it out. However, you don't have to, but it'd be appreciated, even if we're not all the same orientation here. }
• Do not join with alicorns if you are not royalty. Why join with an allicorn if they are not royalty? Alicorns are like gods in Equestria, and there are none which are not royal.
• No marysues/garysues { perfect characters }. For example, the Sonic Rainboom part is one of the hardest moves ever, canon or not, and they would have to be able to fly as fast as/faster than Rainbow Dash to be able to do it, as even RD finds it difficult.
• One element and royalty position per person. { Depending if you want one or not. }

|| Grammar

• This roleplay doesn't allow anyone who is under low semi-literate. Sorry, but it's annoying when people only reply with one sentence or speak in text-talk. { Example, "she walkd 2 the mll and said can i hav dis dress" } Proper grammar, spelling, and sentence-length is required, please.
• You don't have to have a fancy roleplaying template, but it's recommended; most of us don't like putting effort into challenging BBCode and having a simple reply. Even a simple size of font would do.

|| Basic Rules

• Do not use artwork that is not yours without permission. I can link you to quite a few pony makers on DeviantArt or some nice linearts to color in here on the site. { Pictures are required to be accepted, along with a finished skelly. }
• Respect everyone in OOC; love and tolerate. ^^
• Please don't mini-mod; they will be assigned/chosen when needed, and don't ask to be one.
• Be a loyal member. If I see you active on other roleplays, but not this one, you will be given a warning. After a while, you'll be removed. If I have an excuse, then I'll take it in mind not to give you a warning. { Vacations, homework, etc. }
• Update your skelly daily! I put your page numbers up in the characters' section for a clear reason: so others can find updated information about your character.

• Don't describe mating or birthing. It's not even allowed on the site; here isn't an exception.
• Please don't be your own mate or crush. It's kinda weird. :L
• Do not bother others with your character's love life. I'm sure nobody wants to see a post like "He walked around, searching for the pony who would be his true love. He was desperate. Then, he saw a beautiful pony from afar." Please be appropriate and keep it to yourself.

{ Acid is a rather dark pony who is pretty much negative about everything. He is untrusting at first unless you try to get to know him. He's grumpy and has a very short temper, and gets annoyed easily. Although he comes off as somepony who doesn't even respond, if you get on his nerves, he'll put you back in place violently. He hates attention, though softens up to a small group of ponies. He prefers to to on his own, and is rather quiet. Even though he's grown to be "tall, dark, and handsome", he finds himself getting into fights and losing trust of others. }

{ Acid Paradox was picked on when he was younger for being shy and not the most bright pony of the bunch. He preferred being on his own, and disliked attention. { Spectrum is very easily enraged if you know what to do to get to him. For example, causing any sort of ruckus or mess, or saying something incredibly stupid will surely get you a scolding. A proper pony who really isn't the sort to joke around, he often spends time buried in some physics theory or other, or perhaps inching further into developing his invisibility spell (which he always stresses is much harder to cast than it appears, and that it's not even out of the preliminary stages yet). The stallion is not against going for a walk or a bite to eat every now and then, however.
He has a brown cat named Ajax which, against all odds, he dotes upon, having spotted the stray kitten huddled in a roadside decorative bush three years before leaving Canterlot. }

{ Spectrum grew up in Canterlot, and when he was old enough to take the entry exam, his parents encouraged him to try out for Princess Celestia's School for Gifted Unicorns, which had been maintained in her memory even after her nation-shattering death. To the entire family's delight, he passed the exam and studied under accomplished professors for many years before deciding to leave for Ponyville. He reasoned that not only would his classmates not be able to steal his reagents then, but also that he might get away from the smothering atmosphere of the School, which put such regulations on his free time that he hardly ever got any extra-curricular work done, something that truly incensed him. }

Firstly, this is my first MLP OC RP, with my first OC that I'm even close to happy with. If I do something wrong, forget to use the suffix -pony or something along those lines, please forgive me, and be assured that I'll be all over it once I realise what I've done. I'd really appreciate a gentle reminder if that does occur, to help me improve. :3
Secondly, I live in Australia, and I have school and other commitments that I simply must attend to, so I'm afraid that I can't be on all the time, though I'll try my darndest to be on as much as I can. I put any plans to be away for extended lengths of time in my signature and I'll be sure to PM you if anything does arise.
Lastly, I'm not totally sure where I fall concerning the semi-literate or literate question. I know that given a good post to work with, I can manage a good block of writing, and so one-liners frustrate me because I know I could do so much more. However some people simply amaze me with what they can do, line after line of writing with stellar vocabulary, so I can't honestly say I think I'm fully literate. I guess we'll see. :3
