I do not believe it is a requirement to have previous experience. It is simply helpful if you have so that we know you can handle it. If you don't have previous experience with moderating it doesn't necessarily mean you won't be picked. But also remember that it doesn't have to be moderator experience from a site. If you have helped moderate a thread on CS, or even been in charge of others or learned leadership skills in real life, that counts. I can count several things as experience such as running the LOLO thread (with over a thousand participants) or running Adopt A Newbie, just because I have to deal with, moderate, and direct other people. I could also count running my little sister's girl scout troops if I wanted to, and even leadership training I got for my job.

But just remember that just because you have little/no experience in moderating it doesn't mean you will not be picked just because of that, there are several factors in deciding. I encourage you to apply even if you feel you won't be picked, it doesn't hurt to try :3

I have my own website. I have moderated different threads on Chicken Smoothie and other websites. I have been working with computers since I can remember. I know many complex things, and am always learning more.

What Age Range are you in?

What are some of your skills?
I am a tutor in real life, mostly in the areas of reading, mathematics and computer applications. My best quality is that I am very patient with others, and I am always willing to answer people's questions. I am not biased, so during disputes, I would review the facts before I make recommendations. I never get mad and snap at other people, even when I am having a bad day. I am very understanding, and I think that is needed for this position.

Anything else you wish to tell us or want us to know:
I am a very fast learner and always open to criticism. I am very dedicated to whatever I do. When doing a job, or pretty much anything for someone, I do it to my full potential. Effort is very important to me. It is one of my pet-peeves when someone slacks off on what they are supposed to do. If I got the position, I would always work my hardest and give it my all. I can be on a lot, every single day. I am always willing to work. Even after having a long day, I am very friendly.

Well I was in the ASB Leadership (Assosiative Student Body) program at school for one year and it taught me a lot.
I also help tutor my cousins and some friends at school and explain things step-by-step without getting frustrated.
I have also been a mod for a few Role-play threads and own one of my own.
I'm also experienced Alto Saxophone player and tutor my section as I am 1st chair (leader of the section)

Well I have some good leadership skills as you can see above,
I'm also not afraid to put people into their place nicely.
I am a good problem solver and can help both sides to compromise.
I love to help have have so much patience with little kids and people of all ages most say I'd make a good teacher
I love doing what I do (which is helping/defending others)
I'm also a good negotiator so if the site needed any advertising or funding I'd be happy to help.

Chatzy is a personalized text chat room essentially. There is no video involved. CF staff has one dedicated soley for the purpose of us chatting with one another in a group setting.
