Sorry about that, but I'm going to sleep now so I figured I'd leave everyone unburdened with the responsibility of not dumping the lovely Aargone. Night c:))

((*Le insane giggle*))
Aargon
Aargon gave a soft smirk to himself as Anuie padded after Aedan. Well. What to do? He appeared to have exhausted his social options, so the black pelted brute rose to his paws and loped from the camp, one flank still dusty and matted from where he'd collapsed dramatically to the ground.
Once he'd made it a fair way into the forest, Aargon allowed himself to relax, and slow his pace. The Co-Alpha trotted at a more leisurely pace, moving towards the stream- a different segment from where he'd seen Kira and...Thorn heading. [i]What'd Aedan mean, about Kira?[/b] the curious and wannabe-slueth part of Aargon's mind puzzled, but the dominant section of his personality squashed this curiousity with a well practiced paw. It wasn't like he didn't have his secrets, and he was fairly certain that any physical fight between he and the black fae would be fair- he relying on strength, and she on wits and nimbleness. Emotionally, his pain receptors appeared to have been scorched away. All the same...
Shrugging off any worries he may have had, or at least most of them, Aargon eased himself into the soft flowing stream, raising an eyebrow as clouds of black fur was tugged away in the current. Apparently, he hadn't been grooming as thoroughly as he could.

Aargon
Apparently, Anuie had taken his advice, though if questioned Aargon was certain she'd state some other reason for her forest foray. And really, why shouldn't she- it could well be the truth, and she could do as she wished. Anuie appeared not to have noticed him languishing in the shade of the water only a few elk-leaps away, and he figured that waiting her to leave so that he could make his escape would be both awkward should he be discovered, and excrutiatingly boring. There was only so much fun you could have in the water when no sound could be made.
So, the black furred brute emerged from the stream, pelt clinging to his frame. He offered the she-wolf a tight smile, forcing the wish to raise an eyebrow far down into his mind. Something told him she wouldn't find it funny. Not that it really mattered- that wasn't why he did things anymore. Aargon was done with trying to please others.
"Hey."

Aargon
"See? That's what I'm on about. I was just taking a paddle in the shallows, thinking that maybe for one heartbeat I could be free of...judgement, but then you came along so I decided to do the honourable thing and make my presence known incase you started spilling your inner secrets to the atmospheric green forest, unaware of the fact the wolf who's guts you hate is listening from the shadows." Aargon gave a sunny, sarcastic smile- pausing to smooth down a patch of his slick pelt that had rebelled against the water and shot skywards.

Aargon
Studiously avoiding the last inquiry, Aargon's sodden fur attempted to stand on end, and though a few semi-dry clumps managed to obey, the final result was pretty un-spectacular. "And that's where you're wrong." He muttered. Aargon had really had enough of arguing. He did not want to attack Anuie- that would result in shame, and the loss of his rank. Besides, she was fiesty- who wasn't to say he hadn't met his match in battle? Plus, she was probably just stressed. Which was understandable, albeit irritating.
