Hmm. Is it allowed to have a topic up for a 1x1 roleplay?

Im just saying, roleplays that are for specific people or roleplays that stop accepting really annoy me. They especailly annoy me if its a good idea... (XD) Im wondering, is there anything you could do about that?

Roleplays that are for specific people is a role play for friends only of that person or only with an invite. They probably don't want any strangers coming into their roleplay.

Roleplays that stop accepting might be because the creator doesn't have time to update a character list.

Some people who are friends often create one on one roleplays, tomboi. They're really quite fun! ^.^; I don't see what's so 'annoying' about them.... But before people knew they were allowed, mini-mods who hate to see people breaking the rules were reporting them left and right~! XDD

If I create a RP, I can command the scenario?

Example:
We are stuck in a cave. I say that there is a gap and we will need to find a way to cross it.
or
We are in a the forest. I say that there is a magical waterfall that can reallize your dreams. But we can't get there because there are some panthers guarding it.

And everyone that join my RP will do it too?
