Foxtail nodded, passing a few leaves over to them. "Share and then I want you to find out all the other cats who'd been in contact with her." She nodded them off dismissively, finding a few more herbs and a poultice to give Applekit.

Firestripe quickly ate half the herbs. The tasted horrid, but he would eat all of them if it kept him from getting blackcough. If he got it, he would most likely die. And he couldn't die. Especially because he hadn't seen Cinderfrost in so long.

[Rosalind]

Lionroar ate the rest of the hersb, the bitter taste hardly noticed. "I know Wintertail was in contact with her though I believe that was it.." he meowed and then turned to go out of the medicine cat's den. He hesitated and then meowed, "Do you think she might visit me in a dream?"

[Pharaoh]

Foxtail laughed, shaking her head. "Lionroar, if she visits you in a dream, I'll give you my position. Not even I get visited very often. Only to hear prophecies." Foxtail sighed, looking off into the distance. Which so far had bee never.

[Rosalind]

[She could always get a prochecy that tells her to pick Applekit as medicine cat apprentice. I could have Sunheart send it.]
"I know, I just wish I could see her again." Lionroar meowed and then headed out to go hunting.

Applekit saw some red berries, she went over and sniffed them, but she heard Sunheart say, "No, those are death berries! One ead of juice could kill you!" Applekit raced over to Foxtail her pelt fluffed up with fright.

[[ That's a bit unusual, to hear voices. And naw, I like to keep Foxtail as close to the cats of the book as possible. :3 She's very much normal. She'll choose Applekit because she sees promise. ]]

Foxtail looked at Applekit, laughing. "You shouldn't wander so far. And stay out of my poison collection!" She shook her head, walking over to make sure every last bit of dangerous plant was accounted for.

[I know, but I felt like using Sunheart somehow, lol. Ok, that does sound better. RPs on CS seem to have to much 2 minuet mates, forbidden loves, and kits and kits and kits and prochecies.]
"Sorry!" Applekit meowed, "I didn't eat any, don't worry." she decided not to tell Foxtail about hearing Sunheart in case she thought she was crazy or something. It probably wouldn't happen again anyways.

[Pharaoh]

Foxtail nodded. "I keep these here for knowledge and learning purposes. If I know what is poisonous, I can avoid it, teach others to avoid it, and even cure it." She smiled, admiring the toxic collection with pride.

[Rosalind]

"Wow, thats amazing." Applekit meowed in wonder.

[Pharaoh]

"Most cats would try to scoop out toxins, but it won't help. I have found herbs that help a cat to vomit, and remove all toxins from the stomach. Now, I have yet to find something that helps prevent absorbency, but charcoal from twoleg fires does help ingested poisons that cannot be so easily removed." Foxtail sighed, wondering if the kit understood, or even cared.
