Firefly smiled, following him like a lost kit.

Fireleaf continued to smile, not able to wipe it from his maw. Once they reached the stream, Fireleaf sat by the egde, and waited for her to join him.

Firefly padded down. She had never been to the rive and is was beautiful. She wanted to swim but remembered she was here to hunt. She joined Fireleaf by the edge.

Fireleaf purred, starring into the water. "Have you ever fished before?" She asked the she-cat, noticing the glimmer of excited that shone in her eyes. "Because I can teach you, if you'd like."

"I havent and I'f like if you did," Firefly admitted.

[-Bacon]

Fireleaf continued to purr softly and nodded, looking up at the sun. He flicked his tail to the stepping stone that lead to the other side of the river, and turned his gaze back to her. "See the sun?" He mewed, "We need to cross to the other side, because it has risen behind us, casting our shadows on the water. It warns the fish." He got to a his paws, and slowly lead her across to the other side.

Firefly nodded, following him across the river.

Once they reached the other side, Fireleaf sat right at the edge, his ears pricked, and eyes flashing from one fish to the other as they swam past. Eventually choosing one that was a little slower than the rest, and stuck closer to the bank, he unsheathed his claws and sent his paw diving into the water in a flash. When he pulled it back out, the fish hung limp on his claws. He pulled it off gently with his teeth, and placed it on the opposite side to Firefly. "Did you get that?"

Firefly nodded, she watched as a fish swam by. She narrowed her eyes, in a flash her paw dove into the water. She caught it and when she took it out the water, it flew and hit her face, bouncing back into the water. Firefly fell backwards.

Fireleaf couldn't help but laugh, and fell backwards into the grass, laughing hysterically. "That's it!" He mussed.
