Fursuit Thread

Oh god I'm actually coming here for advice on my terrible projects.

okay so

How do heads work? I need a hinged jaw that i can somehow affix real teeth into, that is made out of something that isn't super fragile.
Its not for a fursuit so theres no need for it to be wearable.

Also does anyone know where i can get a big creepy glass eye? Wow you guys might actually be a big help with this project. A lot of the information on fursuits would probably be pretty relevant.

There are good tutorials on youtube for casting resin eyes, maybe you can use that to make your eyes? It looks to me simple enough for anyone to do so you could probably make something really nice. I don't think it's extremely expensive or anything.

Eh, guys. I'm making a duct-tap pattern for a head I designed. How do I go about taping the moving jaw? The problem with my last suit was that the fur was too tight and it kept the jaw from moving. This has really gotten me confused ;A;
