He nodded frantically. "Yep yep yep! Yara spoke with the council, he made them bring us back. Teru, Fuji, Chiyo, Ink and I." He wagged his tail, looking around. Where was Yara?

Yara paced himself properly, to match Chako's stride. He stayed equal to her, trying to stay at the same speed. He was suddenly feeling very protective of her, he wasn't sure why all of a sudden but... He was. Probably because of the news he had just received, only moments before...
Rako beamed up at her, wagging his tail rapidly. "Mum. I missed you so much!" He cuddled up close to her, burying his face in her fur. "They taught me to speak properly." He started saying long complicated words, extremely randomly, to try and impress her.
