My DS got glitched, now I have to start over. Problem is, Falkner's nowhere-to-be-seen. I went thru sprout tower 'n everything. Am I missing something?

I play Sapphire, Pearl, and I'm playing heart Gold right now. I lost my DS for a year or so... my twin is kicking my caboose at Soul Silver; he had a few weeks to beat me to it. Darn...
