"Biting it ain't going to help," he informed Kody, smirking. The Grovyle seemed alright, so he figured he could joke about it, at least for now.
He turned as Twig spoke, forcing his eyes not to roll. "I get that you're sad about your family, but come on, man, every single one of us is! I've lost mine, Fido hasn't heard word of his siblings in months- Arceus knows they're all probably dead. Even Ashley lost her family in the floods! I mean... it's fine to be upset, it's normal. I just... you gotta remember that the rest of us are just trying to cope, too."

Kody looked up, twitching again. "Sometimes the twitch gets really bad and then I get really sick.." He informed, nipping his arm and grinning as the twitching stopped, probably because he'd just pinched a nerve or something. It hurt now, but at least his arm wasn't spasming.

Justin watched him leave, screaming after him. "My parents didn't disown me! They just disregarded me because I was the Arceus-damned runt! They wouldn't even feed me! Kody jumped, surprised by the sudden yelling. He had been preening his arm leaves, and had managed to tear part of one off, though they didn't bleed, as they were only there for photosynthesis, and for attacks. He hissed loudly, scutting off to go and hide, burying himself in the mud, only the top part of his face showing, as he still needed to breathe.

Twig ignored him heading into the trees sadly, not noticeing as Leo followed him, as he was still out of his ball.
