Well, the Joker is high in demand so I would start by trading older pets(You can get these from the pound when it opens, or get them from trades) to paperclip. Once you have some older, rarer pets worth enough, someone might trade you a Joker. :3 or around Christmas they have re-releases and there is a chance you could get one from there. :3
