What are they?
These are ponies from under the sea. There are multiple different forms of sea-ponies and they all come in various colors. These ponies do have cutie marks, it just takes longer for them to obtain them than land ponies.

Note:
Each pony that I draw with different lines from the original I draw fresh every time so each pony will look a bit different besides their coloring
