I'm not trying to be negative, but I just can't see how these dogs are so much more beautiful than our regular dogs, I don't adore them and the idea isn't as original as other people make it. I'm really sorry for typing this comment but I feel like this litter is getting too much attention. We've had amazing dog litters this month, and every month, and nobody really looks at them. And again, I'm sorry for complaining, I just really had to say it.

How can they be getting too much attention? Maybe you can say there are other pets not getting enough attention, but these dogs have an interesting theme, beautiful shading, exquisite palette of colors, and so much detail that they deserve all the attention they are getting. Paying them (and the artist) compliments does not take away from all the other beautiful pets on CS. I've seen many positive comments on the natural dog litter as well as the (virus?) litter in this thread, so I don't think people aren't looking at them.

People like SoulWings's litter so much because they are detailed, the linearts are coloured to match each pet which gives it a more realistic effect, and they're just shaded and highlighted very nicely. c: I'm sure that every artist puts a lot of time into their litters, but it is obvious that SoulWings spent a while and the result is lovely. We've had scaled dogs before, but I don't think the other scaled dogs are quite like this litter.

Sure, other good pets come around, but these dogs were certainly a treat! ^_^

You and your beautiful, gold-honey coloring.
I wish you were a PPS, but then again, I have a feeling that you'll turn out absolutely stunning as an adult.
I base my assumption on the others of the same litter, of course. That, and the fact that the previous outcome was rather "true" to the pup.

I like the Soulwings litter a lot, and they demonstrate a high level of skill, but I don't like the scaled adult versions compared to the pup/PPS versions. I can't quite place why though, so unfortunately this comment isn't very helpful. D:
