Picture/Description: He's got a real muscly build, with black scales (except on his belly and chest which is a light greyish blue) and blue markings. He's got broard wings that are the same colour as his scales. He has small horn/spines running down his spine. His tail is the same colour as the rest of him. He has short horns on his head. He doesnt tend to wear much of clothing just a pair of knee length shorts and sometimes a light shirt.
Background/story(optional): will be working on it as i go
