The chains catch Wolfheart as well, and, once all the ponies are trapped, the captain takes out cloths to blindfold them.

'We need to hide this treasure," he growls to his crew, "But if we leave now those ponies will see-unless we blind them!"

His crew hogtied their captives with the chains, then covered their eyes with the blindfolds.

Lightning dash awoke to the sound of yelling and the sliding of swords. She looked over from the watch tower and immedeatly stood when she saw intruders. She saw all her friends tied up, why not her, they must've not seen her.

"Take the ponies to the cave where we hide the jewels," growled the captain, "but keep them blinded-and bring down any spies. We'll decide their fate when we get there..."

Traynor had been blindfolded, and even with all her bucking and struggling she knew they had been caught. Not one to give in she struggled all the way to being dropped on the rocky ground in the cave.

Dusk lowers her ears, slinking off before dashing back towards the ship.

Lightningdash slumps back into the the basket thinking. Spies? To the intruders she would sure to be counted for. Then she stood again, her mean mane tail lashing. Her charged blue eyes sparked. She lifted her self in the air with her black tip dappled wings and looked down at the intruders,"what in Tarnation do you think your doing with my friends your hair bags" she said.

The pirates glared at her.

"We are taking them away- haven't decided what to do with them yet." said the captain, signaling one of his men, who was in a tree to attack.

The pirate c aimed to catch Lightning with the chains.

(Could you let her get caught, Wolfie? If it is ok with you, i would like the final showdown/battle between the herd and the pirates in the pirates' treasure cave)

Dusk looks around the ship but sees that Lightning must have went to help. She felt like such a coward but she wouldnt be much help captured as well.

Lightningdash flew downward, aiming to knock out two of the intruders with fast speed.

Traynor lay on the cold rocky floor of the cave none of the others were here yet it seemed. She figured she could make another great escape but the chains were out of her league, she continued to struggle and suddenly she was kicked and told to stop. "Oof!" she took the kick in the stomach, "Watch where your kicking you scoundrel!"
