~ Do not alter my art unless I gave you permission beforehand. You can re-size it as long as my signature is readable

~ Do not rush me, I usually work rather quickly, bu I do have work to do
~ As long as I am credited and it doesn't break any rules, you can use my art on other sites. I would like to know if you do though send a simple pm with a link
~ I keep the right to use the art I do for you as example wherever I wish. Your character will be credited
~ The character must be yours or must be for a gift for the owner. I will not do art for you to win an adoptable or other kind of contest
~ For payment I only take whishlist pets, failing that, pets I do not already have will be accepted
~ If you are unsure about payment, please sent me a pm before ordering

Character personality or info: A shy a clumsy mutt, Rags always does his best to make others happy whether they want his company or not. He was abandoned by his original owners on a farm where he was misused and abused which is shown by his ear tears. This causes him to be very reluctant in trusting others. Where he found the stuffed horse is unknown, but he is always found carrying it around as well as a hanker chief around his neck which is also torn.
