Crowpelt looked at his mate. "Could she share the nursery?" He asked

Bloomfur lay in the grass and slapped at the water for fish. She took a break for a second and looked up at Redwhisker, then back at the water

Raven looked annoyed at the thought, then replied with "I can handle myself," though it was clear that if she was not with kits, she would be bone thin.

" Of course you can" she looked at the loaner. " We have food back at our camp

Redwhisker padded to the edge of the water and walked along it. He came across some Watermint and smiled. He picked the plants and padded back.

Crowpelt looked at her stomach. "Yes, you can manage, but im sure your kits would think otherwise."

Bloomfur thought for a minute and while Redwhisker was temporarily distracted, she dove into the water not making a sound and swam over to his edge of the pond. She looked up at him from under the surface and with one quick movement, she lunged up and grabbed his neck and pulled him under water. She jumped up on land and looked down at him, laughing

Crowpelt's remark seemed to strike a cord on Raven and she hissed at him "I can take care of my kits just fine."

Crowpelt rolled his eyes. "Im not sayin im just sayin, clans aren't a bad thing..." He trotted away.

"Of u can but who will look after you while you're having your kits"

Raven muttered for a few seconds, then went back in her makeshift den, still eating the mouse she caught, ignoring them.

Redwhisker yelped and dropped the Watermint. He got up and padded out of the pond with a slight laugh. He shook the water out of his fur making sure to get it all over her.
