Wolfheart started to list the ponies' names. "Lyrical Note, Bullrush, Mint Rush, Ember Dash, Tempest Storm, Dream Wishes are you all there?"

She looked over her crew, excited that they would soon leave the docks of Equestria to go on a grand adventure.

Bullrush's ears flicked at the sound of somebodies voice. He wondered whether he actually counted as a member of the ship. He didn't want to go up on deck. Not with all the other ponies up there. He was perfectly happy down in the bowels of the ship, cooking in the little kitchen. None of the crew knew he was half kelpie yet, and he was trying to keep it that way.
Even so he knew he should probably go up there. He grabbed his brown cloak and blue scarf, tying it hide his gills before putting on the cloak. His horns were hidden in his mane and his strange toes stuffed into boots. This activity caused Saltlick to sit up in his bed "Stay Saltlick" he instructed the creature "I won't take long" he muttered as he climbed the stairs up to the deck.

Wolfheart looked over her crew. Some looked to be new to the sea, some not.

"A word of warning," she said, "Sea voyages are dangerous. Are all of you sure you want to come?"

Ember nods, looking at Tempest, "ready to go Temp!"

Tempest sighs, "ready i guess...i still dont know why you want to do this..."

"Because its fun! Lighten up! This should be full of adventure!" Ember replies with a grin.

Bullrush rolled his eyes. Of course he was going on this ship. What could happen? He could hardly drown, could he.
He glanced around the rest of the crew. A real mishmash . This voyage really had been desperate.
