A barred rock! Not one of my particularly loved colors, but still very nice looking. ^u^

ETA:
Assuming we have more chickens in the future, I really hope we get some unnatural colored ones. I'd kill for chickens with something like designs based off of plants or fruit.

Love this hen. I think she's my favorite out of the whole litter-- the artist did an amazing job!

Oh, wow. <3 When I was little and we still had a chicken coop, we had a hen that looked almost exactly like this, and she ended up having chicks which is one of my standout memories of my childhood before we moved away.
We called her "La Poule Chinoise" (the Chinese hen) even though she wasn't chinese at all so I had no idea where that name came from. She was also really grumpy haha.

So glad to see a cutie like this on CS.

I had one of these as a kid! His name was Fred he loved my mom and hated my dad for some reason lol. This chicken makes me happy.

We've got three chicks of these guys right now! I've never owned Plymouth Rocks before so I'm really excited for when they grow up, I think it'll be lovely to see them wandering about

There will be new store pets on the 1st. April, but I don't think they will be april fools themed.
