Ink's ears perked up as he heard Shade's cry and scrambled out of the den. He stared in horror at Rai's body and felt a cold wind fuffle his fur...Even he head tears in his eyes...Why was there so much death, violence and needless bloodshed? He looked up at the sky and saw a new star, shining brightly, Rai's star. The pup shivered and dug his claws in to the ground, all his friends were dying...He turned and ran off in to the forest, probably going unnoticed, and set off to find Lavender. He desperately needed her- Lavender was his mother, the one who should be comforting him in times like this. And he hadn't stopped weaning yet because he was barely a week old.

Red waves of energy flowed off of Shade's body, his cries of rage filling the sky. Chako recoiled in fear, shade had lost himself in anger.
