OMG I found (and got) "The Shaping of Middle-earth" today!!!

AWESOME!!!!! Is that like 'The Unfinished Tales'?
I got those from a Secret Santa thing we did in December, so I was reading it. And then I got to the end of one story and this is what happened.
Book: blah blah cliffhanger
Me: Wait! What happens next? What about...oh. *facepalm* the UNFINISHED tales.

They really are unfinished.

DARNED ELVISH/SINDARIN. MY GRAMMAR IN ELVISH IS HORRIBLE. BUT I CAN'T FIND A TRUSTY SITE AND THE ELVISH DICTIONARY I HAD, I LOST THE LINK.

Search Arwen Undomiel.com. No capitals, I just wrote that so it wouldn't hyperlink. Also, I'll try and scan the Quenya Tengwar alphabet I have if you like. It's hard to learn though. But here's a trick: if you look over the alphabet right before bed, then go to sleep, it's easier to memorize. True fact.

Ohhhh. I just printed out an alphabet and memorized it.
...it sounds so easy when i say it like that. There's a girl in my class who likes LotR too [but is more a fan of SuperAvengeWhoLock] and she was writing elvish fro a project so she wrote the 'Qu' symbol, but she thought it was just 'Q' so she put a 'u' over it and I'm like NO! BAD! THAT'S NOT RIGHT!

For learning Elvish, I used http://your-sindarin-textbook.realelvish.net/ . It's Sindarin, not Quenya, though, and I'm only just beginning. But I think this girl explains it really well.

Yeah. I have the Treason of Isengard, a whole book filled to the brim with the Elvish, Westron languages, deleted scenes from the book (like the one I said in the first thread, the ones with Aragorn used to be a hobbit and Legolas getting shot by an orc-arrow in Moria), even at the end a bunch of different runes! ^-^ I've already learned the Runes of Beleriand, and I'm learning Dwarvish runes next. >:D
