At my school, we each had to memorize a character's last line from Shakespeare. I had Macbeth's: "Lay on, Macduff! And darned be he that first cries, 'Hold enough!'" It was very fun to shout that in Literature class. On the class agenda board, it said "Dying", which is more than a little strange.
I went to the library a few days ago and got a huge collection of Ray Bradbury stories. He has a marvelous writing style and I am devouring the book (metaphorically speaking, of course!). Ray Bradbury and George Orwell are two of my favourite writers. Animal Farm, 1984, and Fahrenheit 451 are some of my all time favourite books (I actually have a pet group called "Animal Farm"). One of my favourite genres for books is Science Fiction (esp. 1984, Planet of the Apes, and Fahrenheit 451). I prefer the classic scifi books to the modern ones, though. I like the classics more in general, usually, too. Anyone else agree?
