Now my mum isn't sure if my brother is allowed to pick me up from my university over break because it's "too far". It's two hours, not two days. He's a big boy! Sheesh!

its 9am and i have a therapy session at 4pm
but i really really do not want to go
but i havent gone for the past 2 sessions either
ive only been to one, infact
but i dont know i just lack the motivation to go

i cant take this i dont know if ill ever get better
i have no motivation to take advantage of all this help thats been given to me
i really want to get better but i just cant do it and im petrified for how my life will end up

not only that but my dad is downstairs and i rlly need to get something to eat, but im afraid he'll shout at me or something so
