What would be the best date to accept for this 2011 very rare horse? I've been getting 2009 rare offers, but that's usually what I accept for the 2012 Very Rares. I'm just trying to make a good deal without getting ripped off.

I've been seeing a lot that non-list recent Store pets are worth a rare from two years earlier, hence the '09 rare offers on your '11 horse. I'm not expert, but that is what I have repeatedly seen mentioned by experienced rarity-knowers again and again. Anyone correct me if I'm wrong. I do hope that this may be helpful ^^

You're correct. ^^ '09 Rares for '11 store pets. '10 rares for '12 store pets.
