The first is unfair to the quantity side.
The second is unfair to the Yellow Toxic.
The third is slightly unfair to the Line Tribal, though not by much. The third is the most fair.

Nope this is unfair to the bottom just the 09 malk cat and an uncommon I would say it would be fair.
