Would a Marionette Dog + a Clockwork Bun be fair to a Ice Blue Swirl or a Red Butter Bur?? If not could a seal store PPS be added to balance it out/or what would?

Marionette Dog + Clockwork bun is a bit too much for an ice blue swirl (add an early 09 rare to the ice blue swirl for the two)
