Both are the same trade but its unfair to you. the rat set is worth a 09 rare (mid I think) and I am not sure were the eggs are from but I am sure 2011 or older.

Unfair to you, the pocky is worth a late 08 rare (november october somewere) the hearts and everthing are old as well, with the items you can better check this thread:
