Spencer had to think for a second before replying "uh..seven years this year" he said as he felt the cool steel touch of his fathers army dogtags that were hidden underneath his shirt. "But I still can't even believe he's actually gone. Heck I used to think he was just deployed to his base and he'd come home anytime now. But then I realized I was only foolin myself"

Turama looked at them and smiled.
"Mm hm" Avalon nodded. "Now you get to live there."

"Really? I always loved anything to do with pomegranates...I found them wonderful. Yes, yes. Now I think it's official that I'm weirder than Peter." Nox said, grinning softly as he leaned across the table and kissed Brin gently.
Brin smiled and kissed him back, leaning forwards slightly. Then she pulled back, looking embarrassed- remembering that they were in a cafe.
`Twas brillig,
and the slithy toves
Did gyre and gimble in the wabe:
All mimsy were the borogoves,
And the mome raths outgrabe.
"Beware the Jabberwock, my son!
The jaws that bite, the claws that catch!
Beware the Jubjub bird, and shun
The frumious Bandersnatch!"
He took his vorpal sword in hand:
Long time the manxome foe he sought --
So rested he by the Tumtum tree,
And stood awhile in thought.
And, as in uffish thought he stood,
The Jabberwock, with eyes of flame,
Came whiffling through the tulgey wood,
And burbled as it came!
One, two! One, two! And through and through
The vorpal blade went snicker-snack!
He left it dead, and with its head
He went galumphing back.
"And, has thou slain the Jabberwock?
Come to my arms, my beamish boy!
O frabjous day! Callooh! Callay!"
He chortled in his joy.
`Twas brillig, and the slithy toves
Did gyre and gimble in the wabe;
All mimsy were the borogoves,
And the mome raths outgrabe.
