That's unfair to them. Those eggs aren't really worth a '10 rare. I guess a '12 uncommon or rare would be fair. It all depends on how you value it seeing as there is no set rarity.

Yet again, there's no set rarity, but I think eggs are going for '11 or '10 uncommons each now with demand. Doesn't mean that you have to make them pay that though. That's just the demand in general.
