I am sensitive to spirits. I do not have a very strong gift, but I am always aware of who is around me, even when they are not seen by the majority of people. I have only had a couple experiences where I have seen an apparition, but they speak to me a lot, and I interact with entities frequently.

I have also been deemed an "Indigo Child" by various adults in my life, and am only now starting to embrace it since I have long just been called "weird", "ADD", "an OCD kid", and various other names. I do not know much at the time about Indigo Children, except for the fact that we are here to change the way people traditionally think about things, and have indigo in our auras, which is where we get our name. If you would like more info on Indigo Children and others like us, take a look at this site. It has helped me begin to understand my real potential.

Ability: Well I am called an Indigo Child, so being clairvoyant and a healer comes with that, which I am still learning to handle. I am also sensitive.
Level of ability: I was born with my gifts, but the medication I have been put on by my family for OCD and ADD have stunted my abilities greatly. If I were not to take my medication, my skill level would be quite high if I had the time to practice.

Accepted and added to the list - I'm happy that someone else has found this thread- yay! I have heard the term Indigo Child before, but I've never met one in person, I find that very cool that you are one of those people. I'm am not considered an indigo child i dont think- but my parents have joked about it a little because I do hold several of the traits of one. I wish I had acknowledged my gifts sooner- because it has been actually quite recent that I have payed any attention to what I can do. I believe that if I had done this sooner, my traits would be more developed.

I was curious if you have a parent who has any abilities, I recently found out that my father was sensitive when he was a kid but ignored it until it until it pretty much went away- and I've nearly done the same :( So I am trying to figure out if I got it from him- or if it is simply by chance.
