Ginger saw a feeble zebra cub. She took off after it,herding it away from the group. Once she had ran it down she tackled it to the ground. With one bite she ended the hunt. She dragged her prey back over to Golden "Nice catch!" she purred.

Apollo sat on a rock sunning himself. The camp was peaceful. He gnawed on an impala bone.

Mindy looked at them. "can i join you?"

Ivory scolded Ginger," Its not dead yet!" The white lioness and her sister backed away, making another kill on a sick elder. They dragged it over to Ginger. Golden snapped her jaws on its neck, dragging it to camp. The twins hauled the zebra on the kill pile, Golden dropping hers there as well. "The hunt was succesful." She ackknowledged. She looked at Mindy. "Yes. We're going out again right?"

Mindy looked at her. "i don't know."

Golden heaved herself to her feet. "Come on. One more hunt. Twins, you rest. That elder really kicked you guys.." Ivory frowned. "Fine.." Crystal complained.

"Come on Ginger." Golden urged.

Ginger dropped her zebra on the pile. She looked at them "You guys head out. I'll stick back." she responded. She bowed her head respectfully. She took a piece of zebra and headed over to Maru. "Care to share?" she asked him kindly.


Apollo's stomach growled hungrily at the sight of the zebra. He grabbed a piece and jumped back up onto the rock near his den. He ate it hungrily.
