Jenna nodded slowly. "Well in Dark Paws we have like a camp basically down an alley and it's really good. We never have to move unless some other dog gang chases us out." she told Charlie.

"That must be boring" Charlie remarked and looked down at Jenna "Don't you ever get to move to new places? Explore?" He shook out his fur. "Have you never had any fun in your life?" He waited for her reaction.

Jenna nodded quickly. "My life is very fun!" she barked defensively, her fur raised. She sighed and lowered to a sit when she knew she was lying to herself. "I guess I could have more fun as a loner but I just couldn't do that to my gang." she sighed softly and looked at Charlie, her amber eyes sparkling.

"Oh well....Suit Yourself" Charlie turned round so he was facing her and sat down. "I was going to ask if you wanted to be a loner and travel with me....I understand your loyalty to your pack" He thought for a moment "Well, I don't really cause I've never been in a gang...." The german shepherd shook his head "I'm not making any sense am I?"

Jenna giggled slightly and nodded. "Sorta." she smiled and looked up at the German Shepherd. "I would...go with you if I could but...I just can't do that to my gang." she sighed heavily and looked back at her paws. "Why don't you join the gang?" she asked softly, feeling she already knew his answer.

Charlie frowned. "I think you already know my answer" He shook his head "I'm just not suited to gang life" The german shepherd scratched behind his ear with his hind leg.

Jenna nodded. "I thought you would say that." she sighed sadly and looked back up into the shepherd's eyes. "Well I can still see you around can't I?" she smiled slightly, her tail wagging slightly.

"Of course!" Charlie smiled and wagged his tail. He got to his paws and shook out his fur. "Can I walk with you back to your gang's camp?"

Jenna smiled again and ehr tail wagged as she stood up. "Of course you can!" she barked, glad that they could still be friends even if they weren't in the same gang.

Charlie smiled at Jenna and wagged his tail, happily. "So....Which way is your gang's camp?" He asked, confused. The german shepherd tilted his head to the side as he asked.
