David stood up with her and said,"I know I might sound crazy at first, but we have to kill Dustin. He is out to get me. He tried to hurt me during our hunt. He said not to tell you, but I don't care. I know you don't want to but the games change people and they have changed him. He could be out for you or Grace next." he lied and hoped that she would believe him. If she did he could get rid of Dustin and then Jaycee.

Jaycee blinked her eyes in shock. "Why would he do that?" she whispered, confused. She glanced back at Dustin. Biting her lip, she slowly turned back to Dustin. "Why would he...," she repeated, her voice catching.
