Which came first, the chicken or the egg? Debate

The egg had a slight mutation which, from that egg, the first version of the chicken is born. Then, that mutation breeds, passes on its mutation until it becomes a population. Once that population gets big enough, groups within the population evolve/adapt to wherever area they're in. That creates breeds or different variations. Just look at birds, finches. So the first "chicken" wasn't really a chicken but an evolved base to start creating a modern chicken.. That's how I see it

Do evolutionists have any proof that evolution is true? Show me real, solid, proof, not just a drawing or a theory. I might believe you then.

I'm way too lazy to explain all of it. Basically everything is proof. Especially bacteria. You can literally watch bacteria evolve.

Since everyone here seems to like dogs so much, they are a great example. If evolution couldn't happen, we wouldn't have dogs. or disease. Without bacteria evolving to be resistant to medications, disease would probably be no big deal.

Well monkeys at the moment are evolving they're learning to hold their breth under water for a few minutes and if you can't see that as evolution you'll never get your answer
And must I say there is no proof of either, unless of coarse someone found real hard evidence evolution and religion have their theory's .....

Are the monkeys discovering how to hold their breath or being taught? That is not evolution they just learned something new no part of them changed or became better.

Well they could be evolving into some kind of mammal under water you just have to think of the future but ya it is a bit far fetched...

I'd say the chicken. My theory is that dinosaurs evolved over an extremely long period of time from little organisms like paramecium or amoeba or something like that. Eventually, one evolved into a creature that the modern day chicken comes from. As it matured, it began to lay eggs (think of a platypus; mammalian but lays eggs) and as its children hatched, soon they and their children began the slow process of evolution until they became avian creatures, and eventually, the chicken.

There's probably 948501 flaws with this, but that's my theory :B
