I was quite distressed to find they were traced, as well. And not nearly as dubious as some of Equi's lines- absolutely directly.
It's so unfortuante, because other wise (in shading and line skill) Shima Luan seems to be a capable artist. I would not have suspected them at all had I not been told. A capable artist like that shouldn't have ever had to trace in the first place.

I'll be glad to have them updated so we can get new ones, though!!

I do have one question...

There is one 'artistic flavor" (so to speak) that is repeated a few times in the horse lines... meaning that the horses from the 'litter' from July 2010

Are going to end up looking a lot like other releases (as an example the Feb 2011 horses)

Though that is just one example, because there are many releases that seem to have the same theme of dots and swirls with different coat patterns.

This is why I think that a slight change to the current lines for those changing over would be a good thing, because both groups are uncommon and the 'undercoat' color very close meaning it was the line art that really made them stand apart. Perhaps we could have a slight modification to the lines to make sure that these designs we love will still have their little unique flair to set them apart?

I have a question.
Because of the line change {Which I voted yes for}, does that mean we can now use the old designs for 2nd Gens?
Say, the Wave Pony {That's design was re-done on the last topic} and this month's pony?
I'm just curious.

I enjoyed the designs being on the other lines, however since it has been confirmed that the lines Equimagine submitted were copied/traced, I support the switch to Yulynh's lineart fully. I wouldn't want CS to get in trouble :c, and I want the site to continue to have a good reputation c:
I'm excited about the Unicorns! and it would be awesome to get new Fennec lines (even though I love the adult lines).

The new Drafts are so beautiful, i literally squealed when i saw them XD
